- 64% reduced water consumption per 1,000 cartridge cases since 2017 (from 314 to 114 liters through process optimization)

Our Goals Moving Forward
Water & Energy
At least 3 water and energy-saving measures implemented and documented per year (following PDCA continuous improvement methodology).
Waste Reduction
Increase waste recycling rate from current 73% baseline through at least 3 targeted waste-reduction initiatives annually. Priority focus on packaging materials and production scrap optimization.
Green Tech
Invest in renewable energy generation (solar panel installation planned 2025-2026) and transition to sustainable packaging solutions. Evaluate all capital investments through environmental impact lens using Life Cycle Cost analysis.
CSRD Reporting
Full CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) reporting implementation by 2025, including double materiality analysis and comprehensive ESG metrics. Currently conducting "dry run" for fiscal year 2024 in preparation.
